Start, Grow or Pro: which plan fits an aesthetic clinic?

Conduit is for aesthetic clinics in Australia: it checks your website for wording Ahpra may flag and shows what lapsed patients and after-hours enquiries may be costing you. See how it works

Start fits a clinic that wants to bring past patients back and nothing else. Grow fits a clinic that also loses enquiries when nobody can reply. Pro fits a clinic that wants an AI agent on its phone number and a patient portal as well. The prices are A$297, A$697 and A$1,490 a month, plus a one-off A$990 setup.

I would rather help you choose correctly than sell you the biggest plan. So below I say what each adds, how to decide with your own numbers, and when the right answer is none of them. Prices are in Australian dollars, with no minimum term.

What does each plan include?

  • Start, A$297 a month: patient return reminders, texts checked against Ahpra and TGA rules, and a monthly report in dollars.
  • Grow, A$697 a month: everything in Start, plus a reply to every enquiry in seconds and a health form, photos, booking and deposit link.
  • Pro, A$1,490 a month: everything in Grow, plus an AI agent on your clinic number, set up with you, and a patient portal.

On every plan, messages go out in your clinic's name, with a STOP option, and final approval stays with your clinic. Setup is a one-off A$990: we connect your booking system export or CSV, set review intervals with you, and put every template through the Ahpra and TGA check and your approval.

Who is Start for?

A clinic with a patient list that has gone quiet and an enquiry process that already works. If your front desk replies to new enquiries quickly and your gap is patients who never come back, Start addresses that gap and nothing else.

It does not answer enquiries. If you cannot tell whether your problem is returning patients or new enquiries, count both for a month first. The formulas are in what lapsed patients are worth and what after-hours enquiries cost.

Who is Grow for?

A clinic that receives enquiries when nobody is available to answer, at night, at weekends or at the busiest hours of the day. Grow replies in seconds, asks the health questions first, collects photos by private link and offers a booking and deposit link.

If your own after-hours loss, worked out from the formula, is smaller than A$697 a month, Grow does not pay for itself on after-hours enquiries alone, and I would tell you not to buy it. Daytime enquiries that arrive while your coordinator is busy also benefit, but I have no number for that and will not invent one.

Who is Pro for?

A clinic whose enquiries come by phone as much as by message, or whose patients would use a portal. Pro adds an AI agent on your clinic number, set up with you, and a patient portal. It builds on Grow.

The agent does not give medical advice, and clinical questions go to your team. Read whether an AI phone agent is right for a clinic before deciding. At A$1,490 a month, I would want a clear reason based on your call records.

How do you decide with your own numbers?

  1. 1Work out the one-off value of lapsed patients and the monthly value of lost after-hours enquiries, using your own inputs.
  2. 2Put the monthly figure next to each plan's monthly price.
  3. 3Remember the A$990 setup makes month one look worse than month two.
  4. 4Be sceptical of both numbers: ours are assumptions you should change.
  5. 5Test for a month or two. There is no minimum term.

The clinic check on our home page suggests a plan from your numbers, and shows the formula so you can argue with it. It is an estimate, not a promise of results.

Can you start small and move up?

Yes. Each plan includes the one below it, and there is no minimum term, so starting on Start and moving up is a reasonable path if you are unsure. Being wrong costs you the setup fee and a month of the plan, not a contract.

Moving up should be a decision you make with a month of results from the plan you are on, not a hunch. I would not start on Pro to be safe. A larger plan does not reduce the risk that the estimate is wrong. It increases the amount you are exposed to while you find out.

When should you buy none of them?

  • Your own numbers show a monthly loss below the price of the plan
  • You already reply to every enquiry fast and keep in touch with past patients by hand
  • You are not ready to approve message templates, because approval is part of how this works
  • Your website has wording problems you have not fixed, so start there

The last point is practical. A fast reply that links to a page with wording problems moves the problem faster. Run the Ahpra check on your site first.

Does the practice type change the answer?

A little. A cosmetic surgery practice has a longer path from enquiry to deposit, so the health form, photos, booking and deposit link in Grow carry more weight there, and the order of steps is configured for the practice during setup. A non-surgical clinic with frequent repeat treatments may find patient return the larger lever and begin with Start.

Both are guesses until you have counted. See what happens between a surgery enquiry and a deposit if you run a surgery practice.

What do we not promise on any plan?

A number of patients, bookings or sales. We promise a clear process and every message checked before it sends. We also do not promise that a message or your website will never be flagged, because the check is a wording check, not legal advice.

The full list is on the pricing page. If you want help choosing, book a 20-minute demo and we will run a test enquiry through the system for your clinic, so you can see each step and decide.
