Your patients' data stays yours, and we say plainly where it goes.

Plain answers to the questions clinics ask first.

Last updated 28 October 2026.

Where data is stored

Patient and clinic data is held in Sydney, Australia (Supabase on Amazon Web Services). The website runs on Vercel, which passes form details through its servers on the way to that database.

Who can see it

  • Your clinic's own users, with the access you give them
  • Our team, only to set up and support your account
  • Nobody else. We do not sell patient data or use it for advertising

Photos and health answers

Patients send photos and health answers by private link, not by Instagram DMs or email attachments.

Patient messages go out in your clinic's name

Every message is sent in your clinic's name, from a template you approved, with a STOP option. Conduit does not write to your patients under its own name.

Deleting data

Ask and we delete your clinic's data or hand it back. This applies when you leave and at any other time. Write to hello@sellrise.ai.

The law

Health information is sensitive information under the Privacy Act 1988. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles, and you remain the owner of your patients' data. You can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

What this page is

A plain summary, not a contract. Conduit is operated by Sellrise Limited, Hong Kong. Your service agreement sets the final terms.

Check your website for phrases Ahpra may flag, or book 20 minutes and we will walk through it with you.
