I built Conduit for a cosmetic surgery group. It answers enquiries, books consultations and takes deposits. US$50,000+ in procedures has been sold through it.
The two gaps it closes are simple: enquiries that arrive at night and go cold by morning, and past patients who are never reminded that a review is due.
Clinics are careful about Ahpra and TGA rules, so every message is checked before it sends and your clinic approves every template.
