Who we are
Conduit builds patient return and enquiry tools for aesthetic clinics in Australia and the UK. It is built by 2pizza.team and operated by Sellrise Limited, Hong Kong (BR No. 78104416), Unit 1603, 16/F, The L. Plaza, 367-375 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong. What we collect
When you use the clinic check or a form we collect your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number if you give one, your clinic website, and the numbers you type in (enquiries, patients, visit value). We also keep which page and form you used, and basic usage events tied to a random visitor id stored in a cookie.
Links in our emails
If you arrive from a link in one of our emails, we note which link it was and tell our team when that page is being read.
What we read from your website
When you enter a clinic website we fetch up to five of its public pages once, to list phrases that may be flagged under the Ahpra and TGA advertising rules. We store the result. We do not collect patient information from that site.
Why we use it
To show you the result, reply to you, follow up about Conduit, and see which parts of this website work. We do not sell your details.
Who sees it
Our team and the services that host this site, store its data and send email and messages for us. Stripe processes card payments for Sellrise Limited. Some of these services may keep data outside Australia.
Patient data
This website does not collect patient data. If you become a customer, patient data is handled under your agreement with us, and you remain its owner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or stop emails, by writing to hello@sellrise.ai. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Cookies
We use cookies to remember which version of the page you saw, a random visitor id and where you came from. We use no advertising cookies.

Emails to UK clinics
We write to UK clinics that are limited companies, LLPs or PLCs, at a business address published on their own website. We do not write to sole traders or ordinary partnerships without their consent.
What we use
The name and role if the clinic publishes them, the clinic name and website, and the public wording we found on its pages.
Our lawful basis
Legitimate interests. A short business email to a published business address is a fair way to tell a clinic about a service that fits its work. We have written down how we weighed this against your rights. Every email says how to stop them.
Where the data comes from
The clinic's own public website, and Companies House for the company type and status. We do not buy personal data lists.
How long we keep it
If you do not reply, we keep the details for up to 12 months after our last message, then delete them. If you ask us to stop, we keep only your email address on a stop list so we do not write again.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit how we use it, or to receive a copy. You can object to our emails at any time and we will stop at once: reply "unsubscribe" or write to hello@sellrise.ai.
Complaints
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We would like the chance to put it right first.
Data outside the UK
Our team is in Hong Kong and some services we use hold data outside the UK. Where UK law requires a safeguard for that, we use one. Ask hello@sellrise.ai for details.
