Billing questions
How am I billed?
Monthly in pounds sterling, plus the one-off £490 setup. Payments are taken by Sellrise Limited via Stripe. Your service agreement sets the other details.
Is there a minimum term?
No. You can cancel any time.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
We hand it back or delete it on request. See the Privacy page.
Which plan fits?
Start is patient return reminders. Grow adds a reply to every enquiry. Pro adds the phone agent on your clinic number and a patient portal. The clinic check on our UK home page suggests a plan from your numbers.
